Born on the 28th of September, 1953, Rt. Reverend Dr. Monday Umukoro has been in active ministry for some decades now. He was sold out to the evangelistic ministry at a tender age, affecting and changing lives and communities for the kingdom.
He never allowed the fire of kingdom takeover to fade away, even with the numerous battles he encountered in the mission of soul winning.
He had life threatening challenges on several occasions as he went out for the lost souls, yet he kept burning for JESUS.
He was in the womb when his maternal grandfather (mother’s father) saw a vision of him, coming out of his mother’s womb with a bright light.
Everyone that saw his birth, knew it was unique and divine. He served GOD like his entirety depended on it. His service was second to none, as nothing could stop his undying love for GOD, souls, and the gospel.
On the mission for the lost he came face to face with several deities, in several communities he preached, and was firm, proclaiming the name of the LORD.
Starting a ministry was not in his agenda, as he was all out to reach the unreached and to care for the needy; an assignment and mandate given to him by GOD.
He ignored the call of GOD to go into full time ministry, until he was compelled into it by GOD. Everything fell apart until he said yes to GOD and HIS assignment of a full time ministry.
Today, many souls have been saved and raised into great and mighty soldiers, because he said yes to GOD in totality.
He is married to his Beloved, a mother indeed, Deaconess Mrs. Janet Umukoro and their union is blessed with six wonders; Precious, Peculiar, Purity, Prudence, Praise and Perfect.
